@ Ciric:
Once again (and I thought I had this covered after "So basically what you're saying is your frontline should be able to push through spikes without any support?") I'm not saying people should run with 0 estorage. I'm just saying they shouldn't need 10 or 12 points in it, especially with emanagement skills like GoLE (unless you need its breakpoint) or Attune. If you're running straight fire/water/earth/whatever and don't need any other utility, put all your points in estorage by all means. But if that's not the case and you need something else out of your ele other than pew pew, it's usually a good idea to drop a couple of points out of estorage to pay for it. In most cases (just off the top of my head) I think I would prefer to drop points out of estorage to pay for utility before I'd drop them from my damage attribute, whatever it is.
It's all right here:

What's so unreasonable about that?

Me too. Poor guy asks for opinions on a build and thread devolves into heated debate over who's a noob and how many points to put in estorage... zzz
My humble opinion on the build anyway is to consider tweaking your rit bar. I like expel rit support in this meta but I don't think your rit should have to be channeltanking to do it... there are options for emanagement in rit line, or you can even do something else in inspi if need be...
Also if your earth ele has both earth attunement and gole you should be able to spec more points into dpact... just drop some estorage. Your monks ressing with more energy is gud
And I assume you're putting haste on ele, song on hammer war, and rend on ranger? If you have that taken care of, I'd just change the ranger bar a bit... punishing isnt terrible but I don't think you need the damage. You could probably use the rupts with that build if you took magebane, or just go all-out pressure with apply/burning or something if that's the direction you're headed. Honestly I'd just think of how good the person playing ranger is and pick a bar they'd be good at :P (most HA rangers are baedddd!)
Just my humble opinions :P good luck with it.
(oh, and if you're not taking HB i would stick life in there somewhere)

I agree that the estorage bitchfest has gone too far but these days it seems like every attribute point counts, since more and more builds are relying on mid-and backline for utility. It was a legitimate topic to bring up but the last few posts have been decidedly one-dimensional. Sorry about that
